Brad Thacker is the vice president of Corporate Services and Organization Development for Nissan North America. Thacker joined Nissan in August 2005 as director, Product Quality Assurance. He was promoted to senior director in April 2006. Most recently, Thacker served as vice president, Product Quality, responsible for the supplier and vehicle quality of all models produced in the United States.

Prior to becoming Director of the PSC in 2007, Mr. Bartley served as Deputy Director of the PSC. Since joining Nissan in 1989, Lucente has held management positions in Corporate Services, Corporate Communications, Consumer Affairs, Strategic Management and Information Systems. Before joining Nissan, he worked in the computer systems and international divisions of the Reynolds and Reynolds Co. Lucente graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's of arts in political science from Wittenberg University in Ohio. He also studied at the American University in Washington, D.C. and in the Netherlands.
